I tried to get wife-unit to watch Tron over the weekend. She hated it. I suppose that reduces the chances of us getting to see Olivia Wilde’s nifty haircut in more close detail in the cinema. Tron Legacy is much less attractive to people who have actually watched Tron. Simply put, it is crap.
And very few people have actually seen it.
So why did it become so significant that it had to be sequelled by this expensive Legacy movie with Daft Punk doing the soundtrack and a cast to die for? Is it because we all saw this Family Guy parody and assumed it must be cool?
