UCD are hosting a three day conference to celebrate the work of the outrageously influential philosopher Alaisdair Macinture on the event of his 80th birthday. I’m sure it would all be very high-falutin’ stuff, the type of thing only my wife could understand but gladly that doesn’t mean you, the average punter in the street, has to miss out.
